Prearranged Path

“For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].”     Ephesians 2:10 AMPC

“May he equip you with all you need for doing his will. May he produce in you, through the power of Jesus Christ, every good thing that is pleasing to him. All glory to him forever and ever! Amen."   Hebrews 13:21

I planned the path you are walking right now long ago. It was all prepared for you long before you arrived here. I Am delighted to see this work begin because I know the path I have you on—the prearranged mountains and valleys we will travel together—and I Am excitedly anticipating your arrival at the next destination I have for you. I see the victories I will bring you in the future that you haven’t even dreamed of yet. Don’t be timid on the path I have created for you, be bold, excited, and eager to take the ground I Am giving you. I Am with you, I will help you. I will equip you for every challenge I bring you. Look to Me for your sustenance instead of your own resources. It is I who brought you to this mountain and I will take you up and over it. Keep your eyes squarely focused on Me. You were born again into Me and My Spirit who prepares and empowers you to fulfill your calling for today. This is the good life—a life lead by My Spirit, full of the goodness of My presence and the sweetness of My love. You were made for this—you are My workmanship specially designed for this path. I have made your path ready for you and you ready for your path. Walk boldly into the goodness specially handmade for you.

Unique

“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”     Ephesians 2:10

“I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.”   Psalm 139:14

You are not odd. You are not strange or different from the expected. I was not odd. I was unusual, specially selected, and given a unique task. However, I was expected. I had been telling my people for thousands of years that I was coming. I also told them what I would do for them while I was there. You also are unique not odd. You are not the odd person out--the strange one that doesn’t belong anywhere. You were specially created to be right where you are right now. You are not the usual design because you were made for a specific task that only you can accomplish. My appointed plan for you. You are the only one of your kind; made in My image. You are distinctive, individual, unlike any who have come before or will come after and that is My design for you. You are not different because there is something wrong with you. You are unique because you are the right one for the job. I Am not a boring God of sameness. I Am a God of originality. I invented creativity and I dreamed you up because I love you. Draw close to Me now so I can whisper My next step for you.  

Be Brave

“Keep on being brave! It will bring you great rewards. ³⁶ Learn to be patient, so that you will please God and be given what He has promised. ³⁷ As the Scriptures say, “God is coming soon! It won’t be very long.  The people God accepts will live because of their faith.^[b] But He isn’t pleased with anyone who turns back.” We are not like those people who turn back and get destroyed. We will keep on having faith until we are saved.”        Hebrews 10:35-39

“Now stand up straight! Stop your knees from shaking ¹³ and walk a straight path. Then lame people will be healed, instead of getting worse.”          Hebrews 12:12

“It’s news I’m most proud to proclaim, this extraordinary Message of God’s powerful plan to rescue everyone who trusts him, starting with Jews and then right on to everyone else! God’s way of putting people right shows up in the acts of faith, confirming what Scripture has said all along: “The person in right standing before God by trusting him really lives.”          Romans 1:16-17

The definition of perseverant is to be persistent and keep trying. An example of perseverant is a person who continues to apply to medical schools even after several rejections.

The just shall live by faith. It is your faith in Me—hearing my Word and believing it—that keeps you alive. Keep on having faith until your rescue comes. You will receive what I have promised to you; you must be perseverant in your faith. Don’t turn your back when it gets hard; that’s the time My glory shines through the strongest. Don’t turn around; only destruction is back there. Your destination is ahead. Keep on being brave. Literally, take courage. Don’t let courage get away, get up and go get it. I Am coming soon in your situation, so stand back up. Set your eyes on the straight path before you and move forward. You will see restoration in your own life and in other lives because you were obedient, courageous, and full of faith. There are great rewards to those who take courage in Me. It is the person who trusts Me who really lives.
